We were brought on board to strategize with the marketing team at Urban Shelter and to create a brand identity and suite of marketing materials to support their off-plan sales activity.

In a strategy session with the Urban shelter marketing team, we identified the buyer and built a buyer persona in other to better understand the buyer. We then discussed what we wanted to say to the buyer (the message), how we wanted to convey it (tone), and what action we wanted the target buyer to take (CTA).
